No, you cannot store your settings on a SD card because it does not support it. I do not know much about iPaq's but i know that some other phones will lose certain settings like ringtones if you pull out the battery. It has to do with how the manufacturer makes it.

What if you created a backup on to a sd card. Would this backup all your emails and outlook contacts or just the settings. <br />

I have a Ipaq 614c Business Navigator and if I let the battery run down all the user settings are deleted. Is there a solution to this other than keeping the phone charged?<br />
