I have an email-enabled public folder that receives emailed user support requests
Recently one user got the below NDR
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Sent: 1/6/2009 11:00 AM
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
PUBLIC FOLDER NAME on 1/6/2009 11:00 AM
The message reached the recipient's e-mail system, but delivery was refused. Attempt to resend the message. If it still fails, contact your system administrator.
We have double checked all settings on public folder and everything seems to be good. There's no restriction to send email to the public folder, the message is too short.
Can anynone point me on the right direction?
