I have a handful of employee's that work at Camp Lejeune in NC and one of them is having issues sending emails via OWA. He has no problems receiving and reading emails and according to him he can forward some messages but not all the time. When the user goes off base he does not have any problems sending email via OWA. I figure it is not an issue with my server or my laptop image since this only occurs while on he is on base. I called the helpdesk for the base and they were of no help and since this is not a marine corp supplied machine they won't assist. All of our systems are Windows XP with at least SP2 and the user is accessing OWA via IE7. I have attached a screen shot the user sent to me (via his yahoo account) but it doesn't help me. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
The error is "One or more errors occurred while the message was being sent.Error:(0x80004005) Screen-Shot-1-.doc
