Key employee leaves and expect mail to be sent to him indefinitely for now. Immediate solution, forwarding his (employeeWhoLeft@domain.com) mail to anotherEmployee@domain.com address via ADUC user exchange tabs. So for now his mailbox and nw/AD credentials still exist and mail hits his/employee that left mailbox.
Is there a way to in effect eventually get rid of the mailbox and nw/AD user id, but still get mail addressed to employeeWhoLeft@domain.com to forward to anotherEmployee@domian.com using an alias or something? Please breifly outline the steps/screens if so?
