Server 2003: Workstations can't access any shares or dirs from any other computer in the domain?

So after a server restart ( a couple now), none of the workstations in our domain can access any files from any other workstations or the server.

When browsing the network, only your own computer is recognized.

DNS Service is running on server and as far as I can tell, things look fine.

Permissions are set fine and the shares, according to the server itself, are up/
