I have a Windows 2008 Domain with two Domain controller, one of which is a &quot;read-only&quot; DC. The Read-only DC has died and we're not replacing it. What do I need to do to remove it from active directory so that a/d and the existing domain controller are no longer trying to communicate with it?<br />
