Emails disappearing in Lotus Notes
I have more than a few occurrences of emails disappearing in client mailboxes. They are not old (meaning anywhere from 2 weeks to a month old). For example, one user sent a number of documents on a single day and about 2 weeks later went to look for them and they were gone. They were not in any view and all sent on the same day. There has been no replication or archiving. Fixup runs w/ -N so that corrupt docs won't be deleted if found. Server is R7, client 6.5....any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Nope sorry - other than accidental delete, archiving, replication, the usual suspects, I personally have not seen or heard of e-mails disappearing.

Not sure of the cause of the problem, however, rebuilding the views/indexes fixed this problem in all cases. I also had an issue where emails were disappearing from the inbox as soon as they were opened...inbox corruption and replacing the template fixed it. Thanks for the suggestions and information.
