Menu problem in Visual Studio 2008

I have managed to lose the 'File' menu from my Visual Studio. I have kind of worked out how I did it by creating 5 'Help' menus. To do this you hold the 'ctrl' + 'alt' keys and click on the menu, which allows you to duplicate it. HOWEVER I can not find how to delete these duplications or get back the file menu i some how got rid of. Please help! My next resort is reinstalling Visual Studio.

Hi,

Rightclick on the menu bar->  chose Customize -> select Menu bar -> click Reset.

Unfortunatley that doesn't work but when doing your suggestion I found then when you have the customise window up you can right click on the existing menu items in VS and delet/reset etc so I have removed the 5 help menu's I had. However I can't find a way of adding a new menu. I have added the file items to the edit menu for the time being but not a good solution.
