GPO for only or specific Computer.
The scenario is this that I made a GPO to map specific drive. Now I want that this GPO should apply on specific LAB machines and its lectern machine.
But the problem is this that we have different OUs for lab and lectern machines. I have linked that GPO to specific lab machines but now I want to apply that GPO on one lectern machine but in Lectern OU there are other machines.
So how could I apply GPO on specific machine? or advise as neceassry.

There are security permissions on the GPO itself you can set. You can either add all of the other lectern machines to a deny read permission, or you can remove the default permission entry and add allow read to only the machines that you want the settings to apply to.

Are those security permissions in Delegation tab?

I have the following entries in the delegation tab:
1. Authenticated Users
2. Domain Admins
3. Enterprise Admins
4. Enterprise Domain Controllers
5. System
Remember, this GPO is linked with two OUs. i.e. Lab Machines and Lectern Machines.
