I am converting a Microsoft Access application into an ASP.Net / C# web application.

One Form uses subforms to show related data from other tables and for that data to be amended. The main table is for "Contacts" (members) and there are 5 related forms - Communications, Groups, Keywords, Orders and Notes/alerts.

Is it possible to recreate the MS Access form / subform functionality in ASP.Net / C#, possibly using Ajax? Or will I need to rethink this whole page?
