Using visual studio 2005, I have created two database tables.

The first was created using the query command CREATE TABLE name.  The table was created successfully, but I can'f find it.  I know it exists because that's the message I get if I try to rerun the command.  Where is it?

The second I created using the ADD TABLE dialog int studio.  That one created fine, but is an entry by itself in the db tree, rather than an entry under TABLES folder. How do I correct this?
