I am trying to install Dell's openmanage client side software on Fedora 9 and am having problems. Initially the install script would not even run since the OS is "unsupported". After modifying the install script to trick it to think fedora is a supported OS (by editing the block that reads the /etc/redhat-release file) I got past this and the software went through the installation. All the services start fine and initailly I am able to brose to the admin page https://localhost:1311 but after a few mins the process dies and I can no longer access it. This is the mssg from /var/log/dsm_om_connsvc32dIO.log:

tail: /var/log/dsm_om_connsvc32dIO.log: file truncated

[Jan  9 15:12:35 2009] (11171) RunServer exit with status(-34)

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
