Media Center Window won't minimize

I have had Windows Media Center running for about 2 years.  Now for some reason I can't shrink the window - it either runs in full screen mode or completely minimized.  I can't run in the small window.

This may be relevant - I recently 'ghosted' my hard drive to a new drive.  Everything else seemed to work fine - I was not asked to reinstall any drivers, etc.  However, when I went to launch Media Center I was asked to set up my TV Guide again.  Then when it started working, I had this problem with the Window size.

This is very annoying, as I typically use Media Center to play TV in the small window while I continue working (more or less) on the rest of the screen.
