We just installed CRM 4.0 in our domain. I have installed the Outlook Client with our Outlook 2007 installation on a Windows 2003 SP2 server. When I log on to the terminal server via rdp, the CRM Add In for Outlook shows up fine. When I access it via Program Neighborhood, I never see the CRM client toolbar/etc. Additionally, Outlook help does NOT say the add in is disabled.
Here's the kicker - through the web interface, all works fine. It appears to just be limited to Program Neighborhood, which is what we use.
Anyone seen this before?
