Backup/Restore VMware ESXi Server

I have a VMware ESXi Server but am not sure how to backup and restore the entire server and all VMs.

Does anyone how this done?

Can I backup all VMs and restore individual VMs as opposed to the entire thing?

Thanks in advance.

ESXi does not not need to be backed up.
The VM's can be backed up using 3rd party applications (Netbackup, etc).
If using vCenter (VirtualCenter) and enterprise components, VCB (Vmware Consolidated Backup) can be used to image VM's and or backup as files.
VM's are backed up as individually.

best and easiest solution I tried, use veeam, and vcb on one server, then you can backup/restore the vm and files of vm.
without vcb you can not restore, but you will be able to backup
