I am trying to compile snort for windows, i have managed to compile snort under vc++ but i would like to use snortsam with snort. Therefore i would have to patch snort before it will work with snortsam because when running snort i am getting an error when using &quot;output alert_fwsam: 127.0.0.1&quot;. Some reason after patching it still does not work. This is why i am following what i believe may help. Any ideas?

Software is any set of instructions that directs a computer to perform specific tasks or operations. Computer software consists of programs, libraries and related non-executable data (such as documentation). Terminal emulators, such as xterm, GNOME Terminal and OS X Terminal, can be used to access shell.
