When I try to start Windows Internal Database (microsoft##SSEE), I get an error. Windows could not start the windows itnernal database (microsoft##SSEE) on local computer..

I've tried looking and found this, but what file am I looking for?
Msiexec <MSI_File_Name> CALLERID=OCSetup.exe REINSTALL=ALL REINSTALLMODE=omus /qn REBOOT=ReallySupress /l*v <Log_File_Path>

Any help ASAP would greatly appreciated!!!! Thank you
