1:-   Originally Windows 2003 was installed on Dell Power Edge Server.
2:-   I installed VMware Workstation 6.5.
3:-   I installed Solaris 10 on Vmware Workstation 6.5.
4:-   I down loaded Oracle 10 For Solaris X86_64.
5:-   I tried to unzip the Oracle Software and I got the space problem.
I got the following message and I did not have a choice except truncating the unzipping process
by selecting "n" for no as follows:

database/stage/Components/oracle.rdbms.install.seeddb/10.2.0.1.0/1/DataFiles/Expanded/filegroup1/Seed_Database.dfb:  write error (disk full?).  Continue? (y/n/^C) n

warning:  database/stage/Components/oracle.rdbms.install.seeddb/10.2.0.1.0/1/DataFiles/Expanded/filegroup1/Seed_Database.dfb is probably truncated

HOW CAN I INCREASE THE SIZE FOR SOLARIS IN ORDER TO INSTALL ORACLE AND OTHER SOFTWARE WITHOUT PROBLEM.

See the attached document for analysis. It shows that I have more than 250 GB space available on disks but Solaris on VMware is facing space problem. Please provide expert opinion but STEP BY STEP to resolve this issue.

Thanks,
