Word Fillin Template - How to remove blank lines?

Trying to put together a simple word template that uses Fillin to ask the user various questions to complete the document. The very top has several lines for the address and each line is a seperate Fillin statement. If the address that is being entered does not need every Fillin statement to be completed, the word document still leaves a blank line. Is there any way to easily filter out any blank lines if nothing has been entered into the Fillin box?

Yep - just needed a bit of latteral thinking. I'm a little too used to setting up mail merges for the staff that normally have multi-column addresses. Was an obvious solution in the end! Thanks.
Great!  Glad to have been of assistance *smile*  Thank you.
