I'm trying to create hash links for some crl files in a directory. Initially I was told to use make, but there's no Makefile for it anywhere, so I see no other way than using c_rehash.

I'm doing 'c_rehash <directory>' and the script says 'Doing <directory>' and that's all I see for output. Nothing is actually generated in the directory. Isn't it supposed to put the hashes there. And if not then where is it putting them (the are not anywhere under /usr/local/ssl, where OpenSSL is installed, either).
