Citrix file bnsm.sys causes blue screen ?

When I am trying to migrate a physical server Windows 2003 with an Ardence server to an ESX 3.5 VM the Windows server bluescreens with a file bnsm.sys as the culprit. I stopped all services for Ardence but the migration still causes a bluescreen with bnsm.sys as the cause. Any suggestions how to resolve this error?

Keep in mind, it is and old Ardence Server which was taken over by Citrix.

The %temp% and profiles are on C: drive already. Is there a SP to hotfix?

Should I use the Provisioning server for data centers or for desktops?
Hey Joe2012.  I was afraid that you were still using the 4.x Ardence version...  I was pointing to the Citrix site <in hopes> that you were using the new version.  If you are going to upgrade (and aren't in production at the moment), the Provision server for data centers is the way to go...  I'm not sure if there is a hotfix for your particular version.  Have you registered with support.ardence.com?  (I honestly don't know if that link is still around, since Citrix took over everything).

My client said Ardence is no longer supported.
