AOL Browser: error occurred while loading a file and AOL will attempt to restore

The following message occurs - an error occurred while loading a file and AOL will attempt to restore file. Nothing happens, but not able to use aol mail correctly and near bottom on email is faded out.

You get this message from within the browser?

Yes. That is correct.

"An error occurred while loading a file and AOL will attempt to restore file" is the exact message received. The message appears as soon as you go on-line. It does not allow you to do anything with it. I am not able to click okay - it disappears but affects the aol mail.

Does it work any better in a different Internet Browser?

AOL was not able to resolve issue. It does work if you open it from explorer but favorites is missing when you do so.
