why isn't my blackbbery updating my contact list in microsoft outlook when i create a new contact?
Hi,
I have a user who has come to me saything that there contacts are not updating to there blackberry\s and visa versa. The user is setup with a blackberry Curve 8310 with an exchange account setup. The blackberry is receiving and sending email's no problem but for some reason if I create a new contact on the blackbbery it's suppose to update this wirelessly through the bes to the users outlook contact list. This isn't happeneing. What can I do to trouble shoot this? Does this have something to do with the bes server, exchange server or the blackberry itself. Thanks
