I forgot about something that is happening. I said that if I restart the info store service it works. Actually what happens is that I TRY to stop the service, but it just locks up as &quot;stopping&quot; and I have to eventually restart the server. I still get no event messages and none of the exchange troubleshooting utilities gives me any help.

Update: When any of the clients are in cached mode, the status is &quot;waiting to update this folder&quot; and it just stays there. I tried without cached mode, and the clients still have a status of requesting data from the exchange server, and just hang at that point.

Update: I have noticed that after my last reboot, the store.exe process for the info store is only at about 108MB...this is usually at the size of the entire database. It has been that low for about 45 mins now, since my last reboot.

Update: I ran the exchange troubleshooting assistant again and now it is giving the error &quot;disk bottleneck found&quot; but does not offer any details on it. I have looked at the event logs and the disk management and do not see any obvious issues.

Issue is not showing up today and performance on the disk is showing as normal as well.

I have an Exchange 2007 server that is not delivering messages to any clients. I can login to the OWA and see any new messages, so therefore the mailboxes are getting messages, but none of my clients are. Everything client I have checked is &quot;connected to microsoft exchange&quot;. Now, if I restart the information store service, it starts working again, but only for a short period of time. The mailbox store is of very small size, only approx. 5GB. I am getting no event log messages related to the info store.
