Hi there,

I am going to conduct server maintenance and was wondering what is the better way to close open files on a files server.

Aside from the user community playing nice and saving their work and logging off is it better to:

1) close all open shared files at the file server level
2) Log off the desktops remotely
3) Reboot the desktops remotely
4) <insert anything else in case I missed an option>
