windows 2003 sp2 server not seeing entire disk

I have a server that was prresented a LUN of 360 gig.  In disk mgmt, it shows the volume/partition size as 250 gig.  It is not seeing the entire Disk(LUN).  There is not any unallocated space available.  Does anyone have any ideas??

Isn't the LUN configured as RAID5.

Yes.

So there will be some space used to store parity.
RAID-5 takes 1/n of your space to write parities, so in the event of a disk failure no data be lost.
Exp: if you use 4 disk each 72 GB, there will be only 3*72 GB space not 4*72 GB.

Yeah, I understand Raid 5.  Within Disk mgmt, it shows the volume size as 250 gig.  Down below it shows the disk, at 360 gig.  Where is the other 110 gig??

I didn't realize the amount of space taken by the paritys and other things.
