SqlConnection through the Internet from behind a proxy

I have a C# application that connects to a remote SQL server 2005 instance by using an IP address of the server and a port no. The application works fine at home, but not at work, where my computer is behind a proxy server.
I need the connection to function, when I connect from behind a proxy server. I am using a connection string as follows:
Server=85.111.456.324,1433;Database=testDB;User ID=myUsername;Password=myPassword;Trusted_Connection=False;
