Cisco PIx Translation Rules

I was working on my Cisco PIX 501 firewall when I accidently deelted one of my two translation rules.  Can anyone tell what rule is missing, and what do I do to set it back up so everything works again.  I am not famillar with the code side so I need to know how to do it within the graphical interface.

I have attached the screen shot of my currentl translation rules.  12.34.56.78 represents my static IP address.
