avaya \ plantronics bluetooth headset not streaming audio from blackberry

I have a blackberry curve. I paired a plantronics bluetooth headset (mono and doesn't support a2dp), and I can make and receive calls just fine.

I have applications on it that allow me to play music and stream radio, and I want to hear that audio through my headset. Isn't there some setting that will force all audio output into the headset?

What you're talking about is simply stating that Audio Source is a service supported by the blackberry, in that instance I believe "Audio Source" means a2dp. But that is the blackberry's services, not the headset's services. When I look into the headset's services it only contains handsfree and headset services.

Now, there must be some kind of hack out there that will push all audio out through those services and not the a2dp service.

There was a hack for the pearl where you can start a call and stop it really quickly and the audio doesn't close properly so it continues to stream all audio from your phone, but that doesn't seem to work for the curve.
