How to test SATA hd for bad sectors?
Hello,
I bought a pair of WD R3 750Gb hard-drives and my RAID1 array fell apart/became inaccessible due to the fact that hard-drives were 'bad' - according to my computer. I suppose either just one of them, or both have bad sectors.
Is there a software that can scan and test SATA hard-drives for bad sectors or overall reliability? I know of a bunch of IDE hd testers, but none for SATA.
Pleas recommend.
