i've got a domain windows 2003 ad sp2 and xerox workcentre.<br />
i've a xerox workcentre 5645<br />
connect ldap doesn't work.<br />
there are no errors on dc's event viewer, and only error on ldap xerox configuration is always the same: check your credential, no ldap server connection.<br />
Directory Root: i insert only domain because i have multiple containers, i.e. DC=Domain,DC=com.<br />
Logon Credentials: &nbsp;CN=LDAPAccount,CN=Users,DC<wbr />=Domain,DC<wbr />=com in my case it's too long, because my domain is a child domain. so what's it the solution?<br />
i insert the windows credential authentication ie: &quot;domain\accountname&quot;.<br />
but i can't use this system because it isn't work.<br />
