Powerbuilder Composite Datawindow Zoom

I have a composite datawindow in which one of the reports I set the zoom value so that it will fit on a single page.  The print preview looks great, but when I go to print or save as a pdf the zoom value for that report gets set back to 100 percent.  I'm using version 11.1.

How did you set the zoom in Powerbuilder? Print.Preview.Zoom will only work in the preview mode of the Datawindow. Printing it will not zoom the datawindow. If you want the whole datawindow zoomed (and not only the preview) try:

dw.Object.DataWindow.Zoom = 100

where 100 is the zoom percentage...

if you want to zoom only the print preview try:

dw.Object.DataWindow.Print.Preview.Zoom=100

In the second example it does not affect the printing only the previewing.
In the first example it affects the scaling of the datawindow. But I wouldn't normally use this... what is your purpose for zooming?

Just for curiousity, what was BradKL's work around? Maybe he can post his own work around or solution, so that it will be added here in our knowledgebase in EE.

Thanks.
