Word 2007 - Print Envelope to network printer
Using Word 2007
Mailings - Envelopes.
I click the Envelopes button and I cannot print to anything but the default printer.
What I want to do is have Envelopes print to a shared Network Envelope printer (it only prints envelopes).
If I change my default printer back and forth I can get it to work. This is not acceptable for the other 50 users in the office.
What can I do to get this. I am ideally looking for a one click solution
Is there a Macro I can make that will do this?
Something like - print selected/highlighted text to an Envelope on this printer?
