The board is probably DOA ive seen this alot with dell &quot;replacement parts&quot; 99% of the time they are refurbished parts. eventhough they test them doesnt mean that everything is working correctly. i got a board that didnt even fire up one time from them. i called Tech support and they said &quot;&nbsp;oh yeah that happens alot, we will send you another.&quot; i would call Tech support and tell them the issue and demand they send another. i know its a pain in the butt to take it all back out again. but on the next one i woould hook it up outside the system and try it first.

I have it installed and it powers up but i get no signal to the monitor. I tried reseating the video card and the memory. I also checked the processor. The optical mouse lights up and is getting power. Any suggestions?????
