There must be some error, first enable error reporting and then check what error it shows one way to do is write error_reporting(E_ALL); in your template's index file or you can also do this from php.ini or joomla global configuration.<br />

We have about 15 Joomla sites that we host for clients. We recently got a new server and I moved all but one of the sites with no problems using Joomla Pack. The permissions / ownership on the last site were somehow changed by GoDaddys assisted hosting admins. Because of this I wasnt able to install Joomla pack and had to transfer manually. <br />

I downloaded the entire joomla directory and database. Installed Joomla 1.5.9 on the new server and overwrote the new database and folders with the old files (Which were 1.5.0). <br />

The website looks good and all of the content is there, but nobody is able to login the frontend. It just goes to a blank white page. Has anyone encountered this problem or know of a fix?<br />
