SQL Reporting Services Report Manager missing functionality

I have installed SQL 2005 w/Reporting Services and I am unable to get to the URL http://localhost/Reports; if I use anonymous, I get just the home, subscription and help tabs; nothing else.  If I use integrated security I get not authorized....

I am unable to access Reporting Services with SQL Management Studio

Your Help is Appreciated.

You mean a blank home page? I use this link to help me with that problem last week:

I can not get to the report server without having anonymous mode; then when I use studio management is say that IUSR-IIS does not have the permissions.  I have uninstalled everything and I am going to re-install it; I think the problem was I did the initial installation using RDP.  I will post my findings.

I have already tried http://dobrzanski.net/2008/03/28/reporting-services-blank-report-manager-screen/
