How to check the status for the Manually configured Apache

Hi,

When i try to Execute the command to check the status of the Apache installed on my system
i got the below error

[mgarg@nodswl001 apache]$ /usr/local/apache/bin/apachectl fullstatus
/usr/local/apache/bin/apachectl: line 157: lynx: command not found

Can you tell me what may be the reason.
