User´s credentials in Outlook Anywhere

Hi

I have users with Outlook configured with Outlook Anywhere. The problem is when users open Outlook they are prompted for  the user credentials(which is fine) they type domain\user and the password and connect OK and everything works fine, but when they close and reopen Outlook again, Outlook doesn't keep the full credentials it only saves the username and they have to put in the domain before the username again.(ex. only save user not domain\user).

What I'm hoping for is when they reconnect, Outlook prompts the last good user credentials so the user doesn't have to enter it again. Or I guess another fix would be to only require the username for Outlook anywhere, currently owa doesn't require domain\user.

I'm using Exchange 2007 with Outlook 2003 and 2007. Outlook anywhere using Basic Authentication and 3rd party ssl.

Any help would be great.
Thanks
