Logon Error Message - Communicator 2005
Hi there,
I am having some issues with Live Communications Server 2005 with Service Pack 1, I have installed the Server components on a Windows 2003 Standard with Service Pack 2 and R2.
As far as I can tell the software has been installed correctly and I can get the logging to show me the logon attempts but when I try to connect to the server with Communicator 2005 I am getting an error message:
"Cannot sign in to Communications Service because the server is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. If the problem persists, contact your system administrator.
I have tried to run the hotfix from Microsoft to upgrade Communicator to Version 1.0.559.228 but this has not helped.
I have attached the logs and a screen shot of the error message, any help would be greatly appreciated.
