Remote Web Workplace - need to force user logoff after idle time

I have several users who access their desktop in the office via Remote Web Workplace.  We are running SBS2003.  One user consistently does not log off, and the PC they used is shared by another person.  So, I want to force the logoff after xx minutes of idle time.  In this user's profile on the 'Sessions' tab, I have :  End a disconnected session - 5 minutes, Active session limit - never, Idle session limit - 30 minutes, When a session limit is reached or connection is broken - End session.
These don't seem to work.  Is something set incorrectly or is there somewhere else I need to do this?

- If you have domain, does you user login by local account on TS or domain? Check both user settings.
- Check the same settings in your Terminal Server Configuration, maybe there has been set something else and those settings are overriding your user's settings.
