Upgrading from server 2003 standard r2 to enterprise

Hi experts, I need to Upgrade from server 2003 standard r2 to enterprise, as our Terminal server is struggling to cope with its 4 Gb ram limit, Is this possible? Reinstalling isnt an option but if upgrading is a risky route then maybe the best soluction will be to buy a new server.

This is a supported upgrade path - see http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserver2003/evaluation/whyupgrade/supportedpaths.mspx
Just stick the enterprise CD in the drive and upgrade. You may have to add the /PAE switch to boot.ini to allow use of ram above 4Gb.
