WD MyBook ISO needed, replaced HDD have no access to device.
Hi,
Have a WD MyBook World Edition 500GB whose HD crashed. Have replaced HD with 1TB WD but lost the MyBook OS in the crash. WD e-support does not provide the tools to reinstall HD from scratch as upgrade/update only the Mionet access software. The case has a 10/100/1000 ethernet card but it won't pick up a DHCP adress. Please if someone can provide with an .ISO or other image to format my HD and have the necessary admin software I would be much obliged. Local WD rep does not support product, no point in having it sent to the US. Suggest uploading image to Rapidshare or Megaupload if large or contacting me if practical enough to do a direct transfer. Destination, WD 1TB HD. Now the case is dead, no lights, no NIC activity but the new HD spins correctly.Thank you very much
