resizing a form - C#

Hello,

I prepared a form in C#. But I have a problem:
when I  run my application and I drag one corner inorder to resize the form,
some controls "moves" to their new place according to the new form size but some
other stay in their place and it looks messy.
Why? How can I avoid this situation?

Thanks
