In Laserfiche 8.0, I'm receiving the following error message when trying to scan using ScanConnect:

The server threw an exception. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80010105 (RPC_E_SERVERFAULT))

The following Laserfiche Knowledge Base article was referenced, however, it did not resolve the problem.
