Sounds like you should have him Terminal Server (MSTSC) into your box and have a remote session going. then you could fire up the streaming software on your machine through his remote session and he could see it. The problem is you are not going to be able to use it while he is on but that may not be a problem if you only need it at night and he wants to watch during the day

video to him or get what i see on my laptop to his one.
