ISA 2006 SP1 with 2 NIC edge firewall located in the DMZ of Cisco pix firewall.
The symptoms : We receive an error when we type the user name and password in the authentication window

Try to check if Allow authentication through HTTP is selected in web listener, authentication , Advanced.
