Installing VMWare Server Free On Vista Home Premium 64Bit -- 400 Points

I am working on a PC for someone at work. They recently bought a quad core Vista 64 Bit box and want to instal a VM Server box on it as well to run inside of the host box - Vista. When I download 1.8 or 2.0, I get errors. Does anyone know of a work around?
Thanks!

I didn't write them down. I'm going to try the reinstal again later today and note the errors. I will post then.
Assuming you downloaded the version to run under x64, when do the errors occur ?

Will keep you posted. :)

Thanks!
Officially VMware Server 2.0 is not supported on Windows Desktop Operating Systems.
You need Windows Server 2000, 2003 or 2008 in order to successfully install VMware Server 2.0

Check this out - http://www.vmware.com/pdf/vmserver2.pdf
Page 25 of this PDF explains the Windows Host Operating System Requirements.

FYI, I tried to install VMware Server 2.0 in Windows XP.
Even though the installation was successful, I had several issues with respect to VM Creation and Networking.

When I moved my VMware Server to Windows 2000 Server SP 4 it worked fine

They didn't turn it on last night so I couldn't remote into the Vista box. Sorry for the delay. I will be hopefully getting access to it tonight. I will post results tonight or tomorrow.
Thanks!

Sorry it took so long. I uninstalled, downloaded server 2.0 and rebooted. Installed 2.0 and when I try to open the server, a internet page tries to open up, but stops and says page cannot be displayed. I added the page it is trying to go to into the trusted sites page, but still no luck. Anyone have any ideas?
