Looking for some assistance setting up a Blackberry to receive emails via an OWA account. I attempted to setup the email account on the handheld but it failed indicating the login information was incorrect. &nbsp;i called att/blackberry and they had me perform the steps online. &nbsp;however the setup failed due to the following error:<br />

AN ERROR OCCURRED DURING EMAIL VALIDATION. &nbsp;PLEASE CHECK YOUR INFORMATION AND TRY AGAIN. &nbsp;IF THE ERROR PERSISTS PLEASE CONTACT YOUR SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR.<br />

the problem was eventually escalated to RIM and an analyst indicated that our EXCHANGE WEB SERVICES protocol is configured incorrectly. &nbsp;He stated that it may be as simple as modifing the virtual directory listing. <br />
<br />
My problem is i am very weak in Exchange (especially 2007). &nbsp;Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. &nbsp;thanks<br />
