How to create a conference room mailbox in Exchange 2003?
Hi All, we have a 2003 SBS server (exchange 2003) with latest service packs.
About a year ago I found an article on how to set up a user (we called Conference Room 1) and make it's calendar a shared resource that users used to reserve the room. It works pretty well.
Now we got another office that is being converted to a conference room and I cannot for the life of me find the article on how to set up a conference room resource in Exchange 2003!! I found an article for 2007 http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124952.aspx, but the steps do not match up to 2003 - looks like '07 actually does this is a simpler and more proper way.
However, I still need to get this working in '03 - help.
