Internet explorer 7 active scripting (memory usage)

On our citrix farm (presentation server 4.5 / windows 2003 sp2) internet explorer 7 is installed. When i browse to google.com for example internet explorer user over 160mb of memory and incresing. I figured out this is due to the fact active scripting is enabled, when i disable active scripting goolge.com uses about 20 mb of memory.  Whats wrong, does anyone know how to fix this? We should have active scripting enabled...

Update: when i minimize and maximize internet explorer memory is decreased to about 20MB.. so if i start an internet explorer session to google.com over 160mv of memory is used, when i minimize internet explorern and maximize it the memory usage is normal... what the...??

Double click IExplore.exe. What modules are listed? Might help if we know what scripting opbjects are being utilized.....

Once you double click IExplore.exe, double click the next iexplore.exe, and select all, then copy, and paste the call stack here please.....

Or could even be Java Runtime related....

We run citrix on windows server 2003, the windows script 5.7 is for windows xp..

Thats right. Went to 5.7 for only XP.....My bad.....

5.6 is included in Server 2003. Did you get the info from  Process Explorer?
